  • First group of engineering students selected to study at prestigious universities in the USA under the Twinning Program
  • BS and MS from MIT
  • Upon return, he joined the Faculty of Engineering as Assistant Lecturer.
  • Promoted to Lecturer & Head of Civil Engineering
  • Doctorate from University of Alberta
  • Succeeded U Yone Mo as Rector of RIT in 1971
