• Ko Aye Lwin was Secretary of the RIT Mechanical Engineering Association.
• He was Secretary of the RIT Annual Magazine Committee, which published the Inaugural Issue in 1969.
• He attended RIT Gatherings including the 2015 RIT Alumni Reunion in Los Angeles.

October 2017

• 69ers (especially M69ers) pay respect to Sayagyi U Ba Than around his birthday (October 2nd).

• Due to pandemic, Sayagyi celebrated his 90th and 91st birthdays online.

So sad to inform you that our friend Ko Aye Lwin (M69) passed away last night of lung CA, at Pann Hlaing Hospital.
