• Was a Docent at the “Computer History Museum” in Mountain View, California, USA.
• Published 3000+ posts.
• Requesting Subject Matter Experts (SME) to provide interest to feedback and suggestions.
• Broadcast 200+ Short Talks from August 2020 to February 2021.

Dream Big or Small

“If one person can dream, others will fulfill”

The saying is attributed to Jules Verne who dreamed and wrote about space ships, submarines, and travel around the globe.

My Earlier Dream

I had a Dream to connect or re-connect Sayas, Colleagues and Friends physically and/or electronically.

We successfully organized the First RIT Grand Reunion and Saya Pu Zaw Pwe in San Francisco, California in October 2000.

Six more World-wide Reunion and SPZP took place :
in Singapore in 2002, 2007 and 2010,
in Yangon in 2004, 2012 and 2016.
Due to pandemic, SPZP-2020 was postponed / canceled.

I started the RIT Alumni International Newsletter in April 1999.

I served as Content Provider for ex-RIT websites :
the first one designed and implemented by U Khin Maung Zaw (now retired from Microsoft)
and the second one by U Wunna Ko Ko (then working for SAS)

For various reasons, both ex-RIT websites are now inactive.

My Later Dream

I want to have a reasonably good Oral and Written History of our Alma Mater and our Beloved Land.

To realize My Dream, I have taken the following steps:

I set up
one free website from WordPress (to archive my works)
and
one paid website hlamin.com (to add new posts and revise selected posts).

I have requested the Organizers of SPZP-2000 and interested sayas and alumni to record informal and formal gatherings.

I request all users to provide suggestions for improvement.

In particular, I welcome Subject Matter Experts (SME) to review and enhance selected posts.
