• Joined PPIC. Met U Maung Maung Kyi (GBNF) who graduated from Dresden University with ChE (Pulp & Paper).
• They had two sons.
• They moved to UK.
• Her elder son Dr. Rimon Than (GBNF, Squadron Leader of RAF Rescue Team) perished in an avalanche.
• She and U Maung Maung Kyi retired to a new home at Ogmore-by-the sea.
• She hikes and paints.
