• Received MS from MIT.
  
• Promoted to Lecturer.
  
• Completed Doctorate from University of New Orleans.
  
• Retired as Professor of Practice

• After retirement, Saya spent some time in Myanmar.
  He lives mostly with his daughter in New York.
  He spent about a year in San Francisco with his son (partly due to the Covid restrictions in NY and California).
