According to U Soe Minn (AD for TV at Myanmar Ah Thann), he suffered injuries from the bomb blast at Arzani Beikman.

NK agents had planted two bombs. When they triggered remotely, only the bomb near the SK delegation went off fully and killed several SK members. The bomb near the Burmese delegation did not go off (or not function fully).

Award winning Kyemon reporter (Ko Tin Kyaing) volunteered to cover the event. He passed away.
