U Myat Hla Sein is an alumnus of PPBRS (Private Primary Boundary Road School).

His father is Actor / Director U Chin Sein / Shwe Nyar Maung.

He headed the “Yoke Shin Pyinny” Department at RC2.

Sometime back, he rode a bicycle (to do some errand). He could have waited or decide to take a taxi.

There was an accident with a bus. He passed away unexpectedly.

Several PPBRS alumni passed away due to car accidents.

The earliest was Myo Set (son of Tha Gaung Gyi).

U Tin Maung Thant (son of UNSG U Thant) fell from a bus during his trip back home.

Lily Kyaw Ngwe passed away in an accident (near Popa).
