- Joined Engineering classes after completing Intermediate of Science
at the suggestion of his uncle U Po Tha (Professor of Chemistry). - Received Scholarship to study in the USA.
- Received BS and MS from Lehigh University.
- Upon return to Burma, he joined the Department of Mechanical Engineering
as Assistant Lecturer and was promoted to Lecturer. - Received another MS from Canada.
- Retired as Professor and Head of Mechanical Engineering
- He moved to Windsor, Canada
- Wrote articles for RIT Alumni International Newsletter
- Speaker at SPZP-2000
