  • Most members matriculated in 1948 and graduated with B.Sc.(Engg) in 1954.
  • U Aung Khin was among the early Engineering students to study in USA under the Twinning Program proposed by Saya U Ba Hli.

  • Matriculated in 1948.
  • Joined Engineering classes after completing Intermediate of Science
    at the suggestion of his uncle U Po Tha (Professor of Chemistry).
  • Received Scholarship to study in the USA.
  • Received BS and MS from Lehigh University.
  • Upon return to Burma, he joined the Department of Mechanical Engineering
    as Assistant Lecturer and was promoted to Lecturer.
  • Received another MS from Canada.
  • Retired as Professor and Head of Mechanical Engineering
  • He moved to Windsor, Canada
  • Wrote articles for RIT Alumni International Newsletter
  • Speaker at SPZP-2000

U Aw Taik Moh (C54)

  • Received B.Sc. (Engg) in Civil Engineering from RU in 1954.
  • Business Manager, RUESU Magazine.
  • Wrote “BOC College Graduate” for RIT Alumni Newsletter.
  • Credits Dean U Ba Hli for the “Twinning Project” with prestigious US universities.
  • Received Scholarship to study MS from MIT.
  • Worked for Rangoon City Development
  • Moved to USA.
  • Lives in Southern California.
  • Attended SPZP-2000

  • Received B.Sc. (Engg) in Mechanical Engineering from RU in 1954.
    Received Gold Medal for finishing top in his class.
  • Editor, RUESU Magazine Committee
  • Daughter : Daw Aye Aye Htike (M91)
  • Brother : U Aye (M62)
