U Ohn Khine (M70) is the moderator of the Google Groups for the Combined Intake of 64 and 65. He maintains the GBNF list for the Intake of 64.
He gave me rides during my visits to Yangon. In particular, he gave me a ride to the January 2018 meeting.
There were about 20 attendees. They include the following:
U Win Aung
He was selected High school Luyechun from TTC Practicing School for the Ngapali Shwe Wah Chaing Camp in 1964. It was the first batch of the Luyechun Project. The Project ended in 1988. The Luyechuns from 1964 to 1988 meet at least once a year over dinner.
He represented RIT selection for Swimming and Water Polo along with U Htay Aung (M69, Burma Selected). He served as Secretary of RIT Swimming & Water Polo (in the Final Year). He remembered beating the IM(1) Water Polo Team led by Ko Lynn Aung Thet to get into the Finals, but lost to RASU led by Ko Nanda Kyaw Swa (Burma Champion).
He was also a member of the RIT Hiking and Mountaineering Association.
He has 4 children and 7 grand children.

He was RIT Goalkeeper for six years (from 1st BE to Final Year). He was also a Star in Track & Field. He won Gold Medals in the Sprint.

U Aung Than
I believe he is also known as Saya San.
U Cho Aye
U Cho Aye (GBNF) was close to U Zaw Min Nawaday. There shared the top Roll Numbers in 1st BE. They were room mates in 5th BE. They occupied adjacent rooms in their Final year. U Cho Aye was not only Roll Number One for Mechanical, but he was kind to share his knowledge with other classmates. He climbed Mt. Victoria along with U Win Lwin as representatives of the RIT Hiking and Mountaineering Association.
U Khin Maung Maung
There are two U Khin Maung Maung. One joined the Civil Engineering Department after graduation. I met U Ko Khin Maung Maung (A70), who organizes gatherings for the Architecture group. He recently and unexpectedly required a stent. He recovered quickly and was able to attend the meeting. He emailed me several photos taken at the meeting.
Absentees and Late comers
Daw Mai Khin Nyunt (Rosie Gyi, ChE71) is enjoying quality time visiting her daughter in Australia. She attended the house-warming there.
U Khin Maung Lay (Mutu) represented RIT in soccer. He served as Master of Ceremonies at the Groups’ events (e.g. Acaruya Pu Zaw Pwe). He has a busy schedule. He is on the Myanmar Human Rights Commission along with Saya U Win Mra. It is not easy for his fellow classmates to contact him via phone.
U Tha Kyaw Zan is not an Arakanese (Rakhine). He could not make it to the meeting.
